Terms Of Service
Thank you for choosing me as your photographer! Below are the general terms for booking and working with me. For detailed terms and conditions, please refer to the contract you’ll receive upon booking.
1. Booking and Payments
A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. Your session will not be confirmed until the retainer is paid.
The remaining balance must be paid in full by the agreed-upon date outlined in your contract.
2. Rescheduling and Cancellations
If you need to reschedule, please notify me at least 3 days before your contracted session date. I’ll do my best to accommodate your new date.
Retainers are non-refundable but may be transferable to a future session within 3 months based on availability.
3. Photo Delivery
Sneak peeks (for weddings only) are typically delivered within 24-48 hours (timeline varies).
Full galleries will be delivered digitally within the timeframe discussed in your contract.
4. Image Usage
I retain copyright of all images and may use them for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested by you.
Your photos are for personal use only, with printing rights included. For any commercial use, additional licensing will be required.
